 Bhoot Seth, the founder of a Mumbai-based fantasy sports company, told a foreign channel in an interview that he has made it mandatory for his company's employees not to disturb their colleagues who are going on vacation by contacting them.  If they do, they can face a fine of 1200 US dollars or 100,000 Indian Rupees (about 250,000 Pakistani Rupees).

 Bhoot Seth said that he had established this company in 2008 and since then the rule has been made that all employees must take at least one week of leave in a year, but the ban on not disturbing them during leave was lifted last year.  It has been implemented in February and this policy has benefited his company.

 He said that the employee of the company is separated from this system once a year for one week.  During this time they are not emailed or phoned.  The benefit is that employees get time for themselves and their families, which gives them peace of mind, and when they come back to the office refreshed, they perform their duties better.
